Dear Patients

We are open again to provide vision care. While many things have changed since then, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your health and safety. When we see you at your next appointment, things will be a little different.

We will ask some screening questions before your appointment. You will need an appointment to enter the office for any reason and wear a mask in the office. Appointments will be spaced out to allow for distancing between patients. That might mean less flexibility for scheduling your appointment but is necessary for your safety. Our frame area is different too, with “white glove” frame selection and disinfection of all frames that have been touched. All these procedures are designed to create the safest environment for you, other patients and our team.

As you can imagine, we have a long backlog of patients to reschedule and we will call patients back based on risk and needs. To make an appointment, please call our office at 519-822-2710.

Thank you for your patience and loyalty throughout this ordeal. We value your trust and can’t wait to welcome you back!
